Slowing Down

Hi everyone! Well, I don’t know about you but 2020 started off with a BANG!! So much has happened in January, I can’t wait to see what else transpires the rest of the year. I am realizing that we can hope for things to slow down all we want but time doesn’t wait for anyone.

We have to continue moving forward or we allow ourselves to become victims to all of the events that happen to us. And if we’re honest, things are always going to happen to us and around us. Good and bad. Sad and exciting.

My “And Now What?” yoga retreat was a hit!! It was more than I could imagine and I am eternally grateful for all of the beautiful humans who showed up and participated in the program. After the retreat, I felt the need to slow down and reflect. However, it felt like stopping to me, honestly. I too have to be reminded to honor slowing down but NOT to stay there.

So, now that I’ve taken time to slow down, I am moving forward. Forward to my future and being mindful of my energy along the way. There are a few exciting opportunities happening that I can’t wait to share with you all. I am also planning to continue with my videos, so stay tuned for those.
