I remember about 3 years ago, I was so burned out and stressed from my job. I was MISERABLE. I didn’t know what to do and I just felt lost and stuck. My yoga practice helped me to not go completely crazy during this time. My yoga teacher, Mindy, met with me and helped me to get clear on the fact that I had options. She helped me to reframe my narrative, which gave me a little more hope because prior to that I had NO HOPE!!
My yoga practice, helped me to open up to what could be possible for me. It also helped me to see that I was the one causing myself to suffer in this situation. Difficult to realize and admit but necessary for my growth.
This is why I am hosting my very FIRST women’s yoga retreat, “And Now What?” for women 40-55 years old who are burned out and stressed. Everyone believes because we’re older and have been in our careers for so long, we have it all together and for some that may be true, it wasn’t so true for me.
This retreat is to assist women in finding new paths for the next chapters in their lives.
During this retreat, I will be hosting 5-6 women. We will open with yoga and meditation, which includes intention setting. We will take a look at our passions and how they line up to our current lives. I have also included make-up artist extraordinaire, Alicia Migliore, to give quick and simple every day beauty tips. All participants will be a part of a private FB group and will receive two one-on-one 60 minute Zoom video calls with me after the retreat for ongoing support and accountability.
